The Silver Star Families of America is proud to have so many trained Service Officers. All of our VSO's will be trained by the Veterans Administration or our own training program and complete 100 hours of continuing education a year. We want our VSO's to be the highest trained in the industry. As such we will attempt to help you with your claim to the best of our ability at no cost to you.
Disclaimer: The SSFOA does not have the capacity at this time to represent any veteran before any appeal board. If an appeal is necessary we will hand over your case to Pro Bono Legal Services.
Also as VSO's we will attempt to answer your questions to the very best of our ability. However you agree to hold the SSFOA blameless for any mistakes that may inadvertently be made.
